1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ListenToX, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to follow them. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.

2. Description of Service

ListenToX converts your X (Twitter) feed into a private audio podcast. It connects to your X account, fetches tweets from accounts you follow, converts them to audio using text-to-speech, and delivers episodes through a private RSS feed you can subscribe to in any podcast app. The service runs daily syncs to keep your episodes up to date.

3. Account Requirements

You need an active X (Twitter) account to use ListenToX. You sign in through X OAuth, and we use your X profile and followed accounts to generate your podcast. ListenToX offers a free tier with limited features and paid subscription plans with expanded capabilities. Current plan details and pricing are listed on our homepage.

4. User Content

The tweets we process belong to the X users who posted them. We fetch them on your behalf to create a listening experience for your personal use. We do not modify tweet content beyond what is needed for text-to-speech conversion (such as stripping URLs or media references that cannot be read aloud). You are responsible for ensuring your use of this content complies with X's terms of service.

5. Generated Content

Audio episodes generated by ListenToX are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may listen to them through your private RSS feed in any podcast app. You may not redistribute, share publicly, or use generated audio for commercial purposes without permission from the original content creators.

6. Subscription & Payment

ListenToX offers free and paid subscription plans. Current pricing and plan features are listed on our homepage. Paid subscriptions are available monthly or annually, billed in advance through our payment provider.

You can cancel at any time. We do not offer refunds for partial months — your access continues until the end of your current billing period. When a paid subscription ends, your account will revert to the free tier. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice via email.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your private RSS feed URL with others or make it publicly accessible.
• Use the service to scrape, archive, or redistribute X content at scale.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the service.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or X's terms of service.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

8. Intellectual Property

The ListenToX service, including its design, branding, code, and underlying technology, belongs to ListenToX. The ListenToX name, logo, and visual identity are our property. Tweet content remains the intellectual property of the users who posted it. Generated audio is a derivative product intended for personal use.

9. Limitation of Liability

ListenToX is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific audio quality, or that the service will meet your particular needs. We are not liable for any losses resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, missed content, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings page. When you do, we will remove your personal data, generated audio, and RSS feed within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account for cause, no refund will be provided for the current billing period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or through a notice in the app before material changes take effect. Your continued use of ListenToX after changes go live means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ListenToX will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If that fails, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration.
